About Glendower View Guesthouse

We are situated 10 km from OR Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg, close to all major highways and business centres. The guesthouse is in a tranquil and security-monitored and enclosed neighbourhood, and we cater for corporates, overseas travellers, and visitors alike.

The guesthouse has consistently been graded 4-star the past 16 years. We are well known for our warm hospitality, whether you are on business or leisure, we invite you to come and unwind and experience all we have to offer. Our team prides ourselves on personal service and attention to detail.

We have 10 comfortable fully serviced rooms with en-suite bathrooms, each one uniquely decorated with contemporary furniture and high-end finishes, our walls adorned with African-style art especially made for us by ladies belonging to Rural Upliftment Programs, creating a truly warm and inviting atmosphere. There is a communal dining area in the main house where we serve scrumptious meals, as well as a communal lounge and intimate event space called Simply B for gatherings.

Our gardens are beautifully manicured in many shades of green with views over the Glendower Golf Course, a wonderful haven to escape to after a long and tiring day, and we offer a variety of drinks from our bar during the early evening.

Bianca, our owner leads her team, who has a combined 75 years’ experience in hospitality, with a consistent hand and high expectations. Lisa, our guesthouse manager, is your go-to person from handling your reservation to looking after all your needs during your stay. Her attention to detail and her commitment to guest satisfaction will ensure you have everything you need.

The housekeeping team is made up of Pakiso and Happiness. These two ladies will ensure that your room is fully serviced each day and that you are able to enjoy a scrumptious breakfast each day. The last person of the team is Lameck, who ensures that our guesthouse and gardens are maintained to the highest standards.
