Welcome to Glendower View Guesthouse. By accessing and using our website (www.gvgh.co.za), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this website's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. 2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. By booking, you warrant that all details provided by you are accurate and complete.

3. Payments

Payment for bookings must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and electronic funds transfer (EFT).

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date will incur a one-night charge. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

5. Liability

Glendower View Guesthouse is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property or for any personal injury sustained while on our premises. Guests are advised to take all necessary precautions and to ensure their own insurance covers such incidents.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
